   fighter: take hp/8 if on prime plane, hp/4.5 if no psi levels
					(or on home plane?)
   spell caster: whatever necessary to do spells, +5 levels
   psi: ability/20 for levels;
	attack/def disc cost + psi levels * 3 for pts in disciplines

whatever the final level, it is also limited/increased by the following.
note that this is the *average* for the classification; a powerful hell
duke will be high 30's, whereas a wimpy demon lord could be mid 20s.

levels for creature is as shown and are additive.  levels shown in ()'s
are effective levels for things such as casting of spells and acts as
the default for such (unless otherwise noted in the creature's descriptive
text).  such levels are never actually bought for the unique.
